Susan complements the Canadian Strategy Group team with a diverse professional background in government, the creative industry and extensive work with non-profits in community development and renewable energy. Prior to joining Canadian Strategy Group, Susan served as Constituency Manager for Honourable Brian Mason, MLA Edmonton-Highlands Norwood. She has also worked in Communications in the Public Affairs Bureau in the Department of Infrastructure. She joined CSG in May 2016.

Susan believes passionately in the power of community development and active citizen engagement. She is an experienced facilitator who brings people together to accomplish things. Understanding the dynamics and nuances of how people and systems work is an integral part of her approach to government relations and creative strategic planning.
